Claire works closely with organizations to create integrated marketing plans tailored to their unique missions and goals. Comprehensive plans include both traditional and Internet marketing tools, from website content and strategy to print deliverables, such as press releases, brochures, direct mail pieces and newsletters, and both traditional and new-media publicity plans. Claire is especially adept at health care and medical communications and has worked for some of the country's largest teaching hospitals and health-related nonprofits. Recent assignments include : creating an integrated marketing communications plan for a Manhattan-based law firm; devising content strategy and acting as project manager for firm's new website; overseeing creation of new websites for several small businesses; providing website content; writing a wide variety of patient education and physician referral documents for large community hospital near Chicago; overhauling communications program for a chapter of the Alzheimer's Association; creating communications department for a local chapter of the Arthritis Foundation; advising Northwestern’s Comprehensive Cancer Center on traditional and e-marketing communications; creating a successful media campaign for the opening ceremony of Gary Comer College Prep, a charter high school in Chicago.
